Order, Payment & Shipping

Orders can be placed online, with payments accepted via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and others.

Shipping is available worldwide using Bartolini courier exclusively.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and are fixed per zone.

Orders are shipped with tracking only; no shipment without tracking is allowed.

Delivery times are typically up to 3 working days, express shipments usually take 24h but may take longer in some cases.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns unless otherwise specified.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from product delivery.

Withdrawals must be communicated via email, fax (confirmed by registered mail), or registered mail.

Products must be returned unopened, sealed, and unused in original packaging with all accessories included.

Returns are at customer expense and must be shipped within 14 days of withdrawal communication.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment, excluding any unpaid shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if products have been opened, damaged, or altered, or if the product’s nature excludes returns (hygiene, rapid deterioration, etc.).
Liability, Force Majeure & Other Terms

The company is not liable for delays or issues caused by the courier; responsibility lies with Bartolini.

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, shortages, government restrictions), either party may withdraw from the contract without penalty.

The company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions with notice via the website or direct communication.

Governing law is Italian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rome.
