Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return unopened, sealed, and unused products without penalty and without having to provide any reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
The withdrawal must be communicated within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, using one of the following methods:

The communication must include: name and surname, address, order number, telephone number, product description, IBAN and name of the account holder for the refund via bank transfer.

Product return
The customer must send the product, at his own expense and using a courier of his choice, within 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal, to: MARCOCCIA DISTRIBUZIONE SRLS Viale di Tor di Quinto 35/i 00191 Rome (RM) – ITALY

The package must also include a printed copy of the same return request sent via email.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, provided that the product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided. The refund will only cover the cost of the returned products; any unpaid shipping costs will be deducted.
Returned items must be: Sealed, intact, and unused. In the original packaging with all accessories included. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened, damaged, or substantially altered. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid deterioration or pose hygiene risks are excluded.

Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, transportation problems, strikes, supply shortages, government restrictions), either party may withdraw from the contract.
The supplier is not obligated to source from alternative suppliers and reserves the right to allocate available stock at its discretion based on customer needs.

Se preferisci la consegna tramite UPS Extra con firma richiesta, verrà applicato un costo aggiuntivo, pertanto ti preghiamo di contattarci prima di scegliere questa opzione. Le spese di spedizione includono le spese di gestione e imballaggio e le spese postali. Le spese di gestione sono fisse, mentre le spese di spedizione variano a seconda del peso totale della spedizione. Ti consigliamo di raggruppare i tuoi articoli in un unico ordine. Non ci è possibile raggruppare due ordini separati effettuati separatamente, pertanto le spese di spedizione saranno addebitate per ciascuno di essi. Il tuo pacco sarà spedito a tuo rischio, ma viene prestata particolare attenzione agli articoli fragili.
