REFUNDS AND FEES
In accordance with Article 5 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract and return products that are unopened, sealed, and unused, without any penalty and without having to provide a reason.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal must be communicated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, using one of the following methods:

The communication must include: full name, address, order number, phone number, product description, and IBAN and account holder’s name for refund by bank transfer.
Product Return
The customer must ship the product, at their own expense and using a courier of their choice, within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notice, to:

The package must also include a printed copy of the same return request sent by email.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the product has been received or proof of shipment has been supplied. The refund will cover the cost of the returned products only; any unpaid shipping costs will be deducted.
Returned items must be:
* Sealed, intact, and not used
* In their original packaging with all accessories included
The right of withdrawal will not apply if the product has been opened, damaged, or altered in any essential way. Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid deterioration or hygiene concerns are excluded.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, transport issues, labor strikes, supply shortages, government restrictions), either party may withdraw from the contract.
The supplier is not obligated to source goods from alternative suppliers and reserves the right to allocate available stock at its discretion based on customer needs.
SPEDIZIONI
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without a signature. If you prefer delivery via UPS Extra with a signature required, an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before choosing this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are a decent size and your items are well protected.
