Terms & Conditions

Orders, Payments and Shipping

  • Orders can be placed online; payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and other methods.

  • Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: Worldwide shipping is available exclusively through the courier Bartolini.

  • Costs: Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and are fixed by zone.

  • Tracking: Orders are sent with tracking only; untracked shipments are not permitted.

  • Timing: Delivery times are generally up to 3 business days. Express shipments usually take 24 hours, though they may take longer in some cases.

  • Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of product delivery.

  • Notification

  • Withdrawal must be communicated via email, fax (confirmed by registered mail), or registered mail.

  • Condition of Goods

  • Products must be returned unopened, sealed, and unused, in their original packaging, including all accessories.

  • Returns and Shipping

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Timeline: Goods must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

  • Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of shipment. Any unpaid shipping costs will be excluded from the refund.

  • Exceptions

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The products have been opened, damaged, or altered.

  • The nature of the product excludes returns (e.g., for reasons of hygiene, rapid deterioration, etc.).

Liability, Force Majeure, and Other Conditions

  • Liability and Force Majeure

  • Courier Responsibility: The company is not liable for delays or issues caused by the courier; full responsibility rests with Bartolini.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, shortages, or government restrictions), either party may withdraw from the contract without any penalty.

  • Updates and Modifications

  • The company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions following notification via the website or through direct communication.

  • Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Rome.

  • Customer Support

  • Customer service is available via email and telephone for assistance or formal complaints.
